Russell and I have been married for 35 years. Russell continues to farm and bale thousands of bales of hay and straw, while I am the Director of Teaching and Learning at Mendota Elementary CCSD #289. Raised 4 children. Oldest daughter graduated Knox College, is a consultant, and lives near that other park on the South side of Chicago. Oldest son attended West Point and then was Captain with 375th Ranger Regiment until he got out of the Army. Graduated Booth School of Business in Chicago. Lives downtown and works in Lake Forest. Third child, Wayne Russell, passed away on October 31st, 2017; he was Manager at FS Grain, farmed, had a wood cutting business, and several other side jobs. Our younger daughter graduated Texas A & M and is now in her second year of law school at NIU.

We love to travel, watch our beloved CUBS, and enjoy spending time with our only grandchild, Gracie, who will be 5 in October. Life is good!
